order the moment you receive it. Our packaging is
top-notch but our products are fragile. File a claim
with our customer service department within seven
days of original invoice date. Save all
cartons, packing materials and your damaged or
unwanted item, and we will help determine the best
way to return it when you call us. Images of damaged
merchandise may be requested in lieu of physical
return of damaged items. All
products must be returned in their original boxes
with ample packing for product protection. If
these return guidelines are not followed, full
