How can I get a catalog and/or set up an account with Verandah Home?

Request a catalog by using our catalog request button below.  We will require you to fax a copy of your state resale tax certificate to 870-735-2812.   

Account set up will occur when you place your first order.  A signed credit application (if terms are requested) and a sales tax exempt form will be required.  These forms are in the back of our catalog and on this website.

Can I purchase in a different case pack that what is listed?

We can only sell in multiples of the minimum for each item (case packs for each item are listed in both the print version and online version of our catalog).

What are Verandah Home products made of?

Most of our products are cast resin, or combinations of resin with cast metal, lead crystal or glass. Cast resin is a very dense material that offers tremendous design flexibility with great durability.

Are all Verandah Home products hand finished?

Yes, our products are all hand finished, with most finishes requiring six or more steps to complete (quite a few use gold or silver leafing in the process).  This offers depth and uniqueness to our finishes.

Are all Verandah Home lamps UL approved for the U.S. and Canada?

Yes.  Each lamp is individually tested to ensure strict product safety guidelines for the U.S. and Canada.

What wattage bulb should I use for my lamps?

Wattage for each lamp can be found in the item description in the print version of our catalog.  Additionally,  wattage information is printed on the lamp socket along with our UL approval.

What is your shipping time?  What is your FOB point?

Typically we ship within 7-10 business days for in-stock goods.  All products ship FOB Marion, Arkansas (across the river from Memphis, TN).

Our hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.  If during or after business hours you reach a recording, please leave us a message and we will return your call as quickly as possible.

How do I report damaged product?

Damaged product must be reported within 7 days of invoice.  Call our customer service department (toll free) at: 888.224.8183 to report all damages.  All returned products must be 100% complete in original boxes and packaging must be ample for product protection.

What is your order minimum?

Our order minimum is $250 for Verandah Home/Couture orders in the U.S.

Can I place an order for less than $250?

Yes, we will process orders less than minimum with an additional processing fee of $20.

If there is a truck symbol beside an item in your print catalog, what does that mean?

The truck symbol signifies that the item must ship via truck…no exceptions.  We recommend a minimum order of $500 when ordering any items marked with a truck so the freight will be more economical.

Why are candles no longer included with candleholder sets?


Candles have been discontinued from candleholder sets due to changes in importing regulations. There may be items that will ship with candles that are currently in our inventory, all future production will not include candles.
